She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinard Jentris Adkins and Sandra Diane Dixon Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Chad Everett Green of Rockhouse, KY; her sons, James Coty Ratliff (Kristia) of Eau Claire, WI and Austin Green of Elkhorn City, KY; her brothers, Robert DeWayne Adkins (Tonya) of Elkhorn City, KY and Clinard "Bubby" Adkins (Jesse) of Rockhouse, KY; her nieces, Emily Adkins, Abby Adkins, Bella Walker and Gabby Walker; her nephew Isaiah Adkins; and her uncle Clinton Adkins.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church (1405 Rockhouse Creek Rd, Elkhorn City, KY 41501).
