She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermel Lawson and Beulah Lawson (Bartley); her former husband Larry W. Crooks; her son Timothy Urdock; her siblings, Randall Blabe Lawson and Karen Kay Lawson; and her stepchildren, Mick May, Gary Heffner and Don Bowsher.
She is survived by: her husband Jim May; her children, Jodie Porter of Rootstown and Kimberly Lloyd of Rootstown; her adoptive daughter Renee Mundell; her stepchildren, Jim May (Barbara), Peggy Kline (Jerry), David May (Deanna), Barbara D'Anniballe (Craig), Linda Heffner and Binny May; and her close friend Vicky Spriggel of Rootstown. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
