We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 71, Edwin Carter Conley of Rockhouse, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Edwin and Lillian J. Johnson Conley; his son Joe David "JD" Conley; his wife Vivian Lykins Conley of Salyersville; his son Robert Carter Conley (Veronica) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Ryliegh Addysen Nikol Conley of Morehead, Lillie Clare Howard, Drake Joseph Combs, Grayson Colt Young and Carsyn David Allen Bowling; and his sister Connie Akers of Allen.
