He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Shannon of Somerset, KY and Cynthia Mullins of Rockhouse, KY; his grandchildren, Drew Shannon, Xavier Adkins, Luke Shannon, Samantha Shannon, Alexander Justice and Chelsea Adkins; and his sister Fern Mullins Carty.
