He was predeceased by: his father Volman Harris Ramey; and his sister Deanna Sifers. He is survived by: his wife Janet Chaney Ramey of Rockhouse, KY; his daughter Sonia Rollins of Toledo, OH; his stepchildren, Shawn Huffman of Venters, KY and Sara Adkins of Carrollton, GA; his pet Copper; and his siblings, Johnny Ramey and Sharon Potter (Craig Hurley) of Elkhorn City, KY.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Unity Freewill Baptist Church.
