He is survived by: his wife Pamela Perkins of Williamsburg; his children, Aundrea Perkins, Juliann Perkins, Alexander Perkins and Bryson Perkins; his sister Jennie Maryann Keller; and his cousins, Richard, Ashley Swafford, Jack and Kim Swafford. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
