He is survived by: his sons, Michael Jody, Jr. of Barbourville, Shawn Jody (Tracy) of Corbin and Adam Jody (Heather) of Corbin; his stepchildren, Tonya Kelly (Josh) of Rockholds, Shonda Onley (Roy) of Clarksville, Melissa Gibson Quinn of Iowa and Chris Gibson of Corbin; and his sister Kathy Davis of Williamsburg.
