He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carroll and Barbara Liford Carroll; his brother Jim Carroll; and his niece Stacy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Rita Carroll; his daughters, Elizabeth Adams (Josh) of Durham, NC and Rachel Clifford (Ted) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Adelynn Clifford and Carlie Clifford; his sister Sharon Miller (Marvin) of Corbin, KY; and his nieces, Amy Simpson of Corbin, KY and Stephanie Lane of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
