She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Vastine; her siblings, Dorothy Cox, Ruth Johnson, Barbara Pulaski, Orena Hill and Conley Cupp; and her grandsons, Mike Canady and Richard Canady.

She is survived by: her daughter Denise West (Jerry) of Williamsburg; her close friend Rhonda Kay Taylor of Williamsburg Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Joseph Gibson, William West, Miranda West and Kacie Hersey.
