He is survived by: his wife Wilma Decker; his children, Melinda Hampton (Freddie) of Harrison, Amy Ellison (Chris) of Corbin, Adam Decker of Rockholds, Joey Decker (Evy) of Rockholds, Michael Decker (Alva) of Rockholds and Daniel Decker (Sara) of Indiana; and his siblings, David Decker (Mary) of Corbin, Ernest Decker (Gail) of Jefferson, GA and Mable Blume of Corbin. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and by several nieces and nephews.
