He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Henderson Evans and Elsie Lucille Byrge Evans; his sisters, Jean Pendergrass and Joyce Caldwell; and his aunt Mildred Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Evans Hacker (Brandon); his grandson Blake Ustler; and his close friend Gary Ustler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
