It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Sears of Rockholds, Kentucky, born in Williamsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Carr and Opal Carr (Brown); her brother Bobby Carr; and her grandson Josh King. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Arnold Sears of Rockholds; her children, Terry Hamblin (Matilda) of Williamsburg, Jeff Hamblin of Irvine and Bill Hamblin of Williamsburg; and her siblings, Faye Logan (Jimmy Logan) of Rockholds, Harold Carr of Rockholds, Doyle Carr of Corbin, Donnie Carr (Frances) of Rockholds and Charles Carr of Corbin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
