With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Johnson of Rockholds, Kentucky, born in Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Powell and Fannie Powell (Johnson); her daughter Teresa Jolly; and her siblings, Gene Powell and Martha Goode.
She is survived by: her children, Trent Johnson (Tonya Morgan) of Jacksonville and Shawnee Patterson (David) of Lanett; her grandchildren, Teresa Butler (Jody), Dustin Perry (Paige), Damon Johnson, Marlyssa Johnson, Kali Johnson, Tara Johnson, Collin Johnson, Zavery Johnson, McKenzie Johnson, Hayden Johnson, Adyson Morgan, Heather Amand and Melanie Perry; and her siblings, Ronnie Powell (Linda) of Cliffside, JoAnn Goforth (Benjamin Ray) of Inman and Janice Hollifield of Chesnee. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
