She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clark and Hattie Clark Spencer; her husband Harold Chaffin; her daughters, Nancy and Teresa Morgan; and her sister Christine Burris.
She is survived by: her sons, Allen Chaffin (Amanda) and Steve Chaffin (Angela). She is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
