He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Pendleton and Margaret Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Doug and Timmy (Tammy); his stepsons, David Chaffin and Derek Chaffin; his siblings, Hubert (Ivey), Mack (Carolyn), Benny (Wanda Huff) and Mary Lou Smith; his close friend Mark Green; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
