He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Meador and Lucille Cantrel Meador; and his grandson Micheal Davis. He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Epley (John) of Bowling Green and Fred Rex "Buster" Meador (Monica) of Rockfield; his grandchildren, Richard Davis of Franklin, Brandon Pearson, Travis Pearson, Dillon Meador, Paige Meador and Tyler Meador; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Kollyn and Katie of Oliver, P. J..
