He is survived by: his wife April Payne; his children, Jessica Charlotte Payne, Charity Denelle Payne and Joseph Lewis Payne of Rockfield; his brothers, Roger of Rockfield, Bryan Payne of Wisconsin and Paul Payne of Hadley; and his mother-in-law Myra Richmond of Bowling Green. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Daughters, Jessica Charlotte Payne and Charity Denelle Payne.
