She was predeceased by: her husband Charles V. Dowd; her granddaughter Laura Brown; and her siblings, Frank Zambito (Josephine), Paul Zambito (Janet), Anthony Zambito (Rose), Joseph Zambito (Fran), Charles Zambito, Anna Mingionie (Frank), Phillipa Zambito and Pauline Augello (Charles).
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Vick (Ted) and Sue Ellen Dowd; her grandchildren, Robert Brown (Pam), Charles Brown (Annette) and Dana Peters (Brian); her great grandchildren, Jessica, Tiffany (Cory), Taylor, Chris, Brooke, Dakota, Megan, Jake and Luke; her great great grandchild Evelyn Rose; her sister Sue Zambito; her sister-in-law Alta Zambito; and also Joanne VanEpps. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
