He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbridge Hawkins and Loda Pearl Childers Hawkins; and his brother Randall Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Deniece Hawkins; his sons, Justin Hawkins and Jeff Hawkins (Annie); and his grandchildren, Carter and Emmie Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
