He is survived by: his wife Reva Mullins of Rochester, KY; his son Charles Joseph Mullins Jr. (Kayoung) of Suwanee, GA; his granddaughter Yena Han Mullins of Suwanee, GA; and his half-brother David Joseph (Marci) of Fairbanks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
