It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Starcher (Rochester, Kentucky), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother William Eugene Baker. She is survived by: her children, Marshall Starcher (Bobbi) of Royson, GA and Melanie Raemsch (Hank) of Rochester, Kentucky; and her siblings, Lorene Jenkins (Jerry) of Drakesboro, KY, Frances Stockman (Bob) of Virginia, Zeremba Baker of Greenville, KY and Joseph Baker of Virginia. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
