He is survived by: his parents, James Worrix and Maretta Taylor Worrix of Elkhorn City; his wife Trista Worrix; his sons, Aiden Kyle Worrix, Jayden Trenton Worrix and Zaiden Alexander Worrix; and his brother James Patrick "Anky" Worrix of Pikeville.
