She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Douglas King. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Bell and David Robert Hall; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bell, Justin Bell, Jordan Bell, Cara Schwalbach and Carmen Hall-Lamb; and her siblings, Ralph Cole of Mooresburg, Tennessee and Loretta Newsom. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be in form of donations to Bluegrass Care Navigators or to Cedar Creek Assisted Living Facility.
