He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Breedlove; and his grandson Shane Breedlove. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Presley (Ed) of Robards, KY and Jim Breedlove (Jan) of Marion, KY; and his grandchildren, Craig Breedlove, Bianca Morin, Jalayna Daniel, Nicole Cates and Ashley Hildebrand. He is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren 3 Brothers, 5 Sisters, Nieces and Nephews Relatives and friends.
