He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kennedy Bartley; his sons, Zachary Bartley (Allison), Donald Bartley (Candice) and Robby Westerwal (Samantha); his sisters, LaDonna Stokes and Judy Howard (Mike); and his grandchildren, Bentley Westerwal, Sheralyn Bartley, Kaden Rexing, Kendrick Rexing, Kay Lyn Bartley and Jessie Cox.
