He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Head and Mary Head. He is survived by: his wife Anna Head of Robards, KY; and his children, Debbie Stone, Joe Head, Tony Simms (Sherry), David Head (Dorothy), Jeannie Staples (Wayne), Kim Brown (Jim) and Jennifer Rust (Frank). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
