He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolvie Sparks and Zora Green Sparks. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Preston (Dewey) of River, KY; and his granddaughter Harley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sitka FWB Church (136 Main St., SITKA, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
