She was predeceased by: her spouse L. T. Price; her parents, Sherman Teals and Lucille Dennis Teals; her daughter Teresa L. Taylor; and her granddaughters, Kathy Jo Bennett and Stephanie Jo Price.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence J. "Joe" Price of Cynthiana, Judy D. Bennett (John) of Cynthiana, Bonnie Parks (Roy) of Lady Lake and Suzanne Jean Price of Winchester; her siblings, Wayne Teals of Berry and Wanda Hartin of Cynthiana; and her son-in-law Edwin Taylor, Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
