He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Clark Herron; his parents, Albert W. Herron, Sr. and Susie Blanton Herron; and his siblings, Mary E., Janice E. Herron, Albert W. Herron, Jr. and Calvin R. Herron.
He is survived by: his sons, James Belt (Willa Rachel) and Christopher Shipman (Dominique); his grandchildren, Lily Isabella Belt, Christopher Michael Chase Shipman, Maleeah Addison Yates, Ke'Ante Chance Shipman, Avyana Jeanette Shipman and Jamika Lynae Shipman; and his siblings, Dora A. Jones of Indianapolis, IN, E. June Hites of Indianapolis, IN, Margie L. Haverly (Bill Haverly, Sr.) of Indianapolis, IN, Sue Dawson (Terry) of Indianapolis, IN, Wanda F. Smiddy, Linda K. Toby (Larry), Eda R. Komora (Steve), James W. Herron of Greenville, OH and Charles E. Herron of Greenville, OH. He is also survived by 29 nieces and nephews; 124 great-nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.
Due to the mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending will be required to wear some form of face covering and practice social distancing.
