He was predeceased by: his father James Alton Bailey; and his brothers, James and Jonathan Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Sue Gabbard Bailey; his son Bryan Bailey; and his sisters, Carrie Sue Morris, Wolfe Co, Brenda Faye Noe and Florence.
