He is survived by: his wife Sherry Henson Mullins; his children, Jimmy Mullins, Josh Mullins, Jordan Mullins (Emily) and Vivian Mullins; his siblings, Johnny Mullins, Cecil Mullins and Sue Mueller (Bruce); his granddaughters, Hannah Patrick, Paige Mullins and Lily Mullins; and his great grandchild Julian Combs.
