He is survived by: his sister Beverly Salyer of River, Kentucky; his niece Yvonne Price (Jacob) of River, Kentucky; his great-nephews, Christopher House of Carlisle and Tyler House of River, Kentucky; and his aunts, Pearl Horn of Louisa and Mary Hall of West Virginia.
