He is survived by: his wife Melinda Wynn Maggard; his children, Brittany Maggard, Brianna Smith (Robert "Hector"), Randall Dennis Maggard (Heather) and Laura Hutchings (Michael); his sisters, Kathy Gross (M. G.) and Melinda (Colinger); his grandchildren, Hayden Maggard, Colton Jones and Aubre Smith; and his mother-in-law Mary Dorothy Wynn Doan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
