He was predeceased by: his mother Belinda Rogers Fugate; and his grandparents, Carl and Elizabeth Mullins. He is survived by: his father Gary Lynn Mullins (Vickie); his daughter Keesha Christy (Tyler); his siblings, Neil Mullins (Tracy), Tracy Lynn Mullins and Carenda Mullins; his grandmother Betty Deaton; and the mother of his child Kena Bouchard-Mullins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
