With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Mae Mowbray of Rineyville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Holbert Owen and Stella Pearl Winder Perkins; and her siblings, Geneva "Tootsie" Fuqua and James Perkins. She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Wilcox (Don); her grandchildren, Billy Russelburg, Jason Russelburg, April Poddam, James Wilcox, Kenneth Wilcox (Dalana) and Don Wilcox, Jr. (Katherine); and her sister Frances Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family & friends.
