It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruth Parker of Rineyville, Kentucky, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harve Weddington Mobley and Mary Alice Greene Mobley; her son Eusebus Thomas Parker IV; and her siblings, Tom Mobley, Joyce Grymes, Harve Mobley and Mary Jo Walther.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Sparks (Chris) and Tamela Cates (Scott Coburn).
