He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Harper and Nellie Harper; and his brother-in-law Ron Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Harper of Rineyville, KY; his sons, Chad Harper of Phoenix, AZ and Chris Harper (Lindsey) of Brandenburg, KY; his granddaughter Ashley McCarthy; and his siblings, Rhonda Morrow of Marlene Mohr and Scot Harper. He is also survived by several nieces, great nieces.
