He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Harper and Nellie Harper; and his brother-in-law Ron Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Harper of Rineyville; his sons, Chad Harper of Phoenix and Chris Harper (Lindsey) of Brandenburg; his granddaughter Ashley McCarthy; and his siblings, Rhonda Morrow, Marlene Mohr and Scot Harper. He is also survived by several nieces, great nieces.
