He is survived by: his sons, Dereck Deshazo, Aaron Deshazo of Rineyville, Micheal Deshazo and Roman Deshazo of Louisville, KY; and his cousin Chris Deshazo-Lesley. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
