He is survived by: his siblings, John Richard Whelan (Barbara) of Flaherty, KY, Mike Whelan of Louisville, KY, Paul Martin Whelan (Dee) of Tampa, FL, Forrest Whelan (Beth) of Scottsville, KY and Mary Ellen Williams (Freddy) of St. John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
