He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Crutcher and Esther Medley Crutcher; and his brothers, Fred Crutcher, David Crutcher and Anthony Crutcher.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Crutcher; his son Clay Crutcher (Katie Crossley); his grandchildren, Nolan Crutcher and Declan Crutcher; and his brothers, Charles "Chuck" Crutcher, John Crutcher (Rhonda) and Marion Crutcher (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
