She is survived by: her husband William Henry Hornback of Rineyville, KY; her children, Samantha Ziemski of Rineyville, KY, William Henry Hornback, Jr. of Radcliff, KY, Robert Andy Payton of Rineyville, KY, Roger Henry Payton of Rineyville, KY and Loretta Hornback of Elizabethtown, KY; and her grandchildren, Hailie, Taylor, Sierra, William, Wyatt, Waylon, Jessica and Michael.
