He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Boone and Cleve Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kirk of Rineyville; his daughters, Vicki Jackson of Rineyville and Angela Mouldin (Wayne) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Seth Plocica (Hannah) of Rineyville, Kyle Plocica (Kenzie) of Glendale and Stephanie Howell (Cody) of Hodgenville; his great grandchild Kennedy; and his siblings, Albert Kirk (Joann), Shelby Rockwell (Phil) and Shirley Kirk.
