It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Curtis of Rineyville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ados B. Dyer and Ruby Hampton Dyer (Hampton); her former husband Ralph Curtis; her siblings, Roxy, Waymond, Fred Dyer and Mayme Staples; and her close friend Eddie Smith.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lois New of Indianapolis, Judy Balding of Indianapolis, David Dyer of Indianapolis, Kathryn Dyer of Tompkinsville, KY, Kim Martinez of Tompkinsville, KY, Kevin of Tompkinsville, KY, Roger Dale Dyer of Tompkinsville, KY, Sue Anne Staples Brooks of Rineyville, KY and Marla Staples Storm of Huntingburg, IN.
