She is survived by: her husband Russell Eugene Sentell of Rineyville, KY; her sons, Gary Sentell (Nancy) of Irvine, KY, Thomas Sentell and Jason Sentell; her grandchildren, Kyle Sentell (Zoe), Kerri Sentell, Devin Sisk, Cody Sisk, Chris Sentell, Eric Sentell and Michael Hankinson; and her siblings, Judy Loffer (Bill), Belinda Morrow (Mike), Kathy Chesteen (Mark), Troy Pruitt (Tammy), Ronnie Pruitt, Reba Samples (Bo) and Joyce Haynes (Richard).
