He is survived by: his wife Valecia Harper of Rineyville; his children, Brian Keith Harper of Cecilia, Christopher Todd Harper (Michelle) of Cox's Creek, Jacob Cody Harper of St. Petersburg, FL, Angela Dawn Day (Kenny) of Big Clifty, Amy Patricia Parker (Maynard) of London, Christy Faith Hodge (Michael) of Stephensburg and Melissa Gail Harper of Vine Grove; his siblings, Carolyn Grimes (Randall) of Eastview, Carlos "Pud" Ray Harper and William "Billy" Allen Harper (Jane); and his pet Tanner. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and his pet.
