She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Pepper of Sanford, NC; her husband John Wagner; her daughters, Brittany Wagner and Megan Wagner of Rineyville, KY; her siblings, Linda Morton of North Carolina and Mark Pepper of North Carolina; her mother-in-law Betty Wagner; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jansen (James) and Julie Thompson (Mark). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
