She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas Quayle. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Quayle Gilliam (Greg) of Rineyville, KY and Frank D. Allen (Rachel) of Winter Haven, FL; and her grandchildren, Brian Allen (Bekah), Christopher Allen (Jenny) and Tiffany Barnes. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
