He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe McKinney and Maxine McKinney (Fegget); his daughter Sherry Maples; and his brother Wendell McKinney. He is survived by: his spouse Genibee McKinney (Williams); his children, Terry Maples, Bobby McKinney Jr., Tim Maples, Todd McKinney, James McMillen, Robin Parker and Phyllis Ritchie; and his brother Albert Mckinney. He is also survived by several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
