He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Lynch and Virginia Briscoe Lynch; and his stepson Dakota Gabbard. He is survived by : his wife Marsha Norman Lynch; his son Michael Heath Lynch (Wendy); his grandchildren, Gage and Cain Lynch; his stepdaughter Dreama Barrett (Hargis); his stepgrandchild Rayden Barrett; his sister Pam Todd (Steve); and his nephews, Zachary Todd (Danielle) and Josh Todd.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Richmond Cemetery (606 E Main St, Richmond, KY 40475).
